Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Cinnamons Consulting Services, LLC ("we", "us") collects through the Renduva website and the Renduva software, and what you can do about it.

Who we are

Cinnamons Consulting Services, LLC makes Renduva. For any privacy question or request, write to privacy@cinnamonsservices.com.

The website

  • No analytics and no cookies. This website does not count visitors, set cookies, or use advertising or tracking of any kind.
  • Server logs. Like every web server, ours logs requests (IP address, time, page, browser) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are kept for a limited time and are not used for marketing.
  • Fonts. The pages load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when you open them, and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
  • Contacting us. "Join the beta" and "Contact us" lead to the contact form on cinnamonsservices.com. What you send there (name, email, company, your message) is used to answer you and to run the beta, and is covered by this policy.

The software

Renduva runs entirely on your own servers. Templates, data and generated documents stay there: the software sends nothing to us and does not check in with any server of ours. Its logs, which stay on your server, record request metadata (time, status, API key name, document types, record count, duration) and never template contents, data or API keys.

If you send us a template or sample data to get help during the beta, we use it only to help you, keep it no longer than needed for that, and delete it on request.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising. We share it only with the providers that help us run our services (our hosting provider in the United States, and Google for font delivery as described above), or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Beta correspondence is kept while the beta runs and for as long as you remain a user afterwards. Server logs are kept for a limited time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to privacy@cinnamonsservices.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, and we will honor them.

We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the date at the top.
