Beta Terms
Last updated: October 12, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (or the organization you represent) and Cinnamons Consulting Services, LLC ("we", "us") for the use of the Renduva beta software and this website. By installing or using the software you accept them. If you accept them for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
1. What you may do
During the beta we give you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Renduva on your own servers for your organization's internal purposes, including in production if you choose. The license ends when the beta ends or when we end your participation, whichever comes first; we will give you reasonable notice and a path to a paid license.
2. What you may not do
You may not resell, rent or redistribute the software; reverse engineer, decompile or unwrap it, or try to extract its source code, except where the law expressly allows it; or remove its notices.
3. Beta software
The software is a beta. It may have bugs, change without notice, and lack features of the final version. Keep your own backups and check generated documents before relying on them.
4. Your data
Your templates, data and documents stay on your servers and remain yours. We receive them only if you send them to us for help, and then use them only to help you. See the Privacy Policy.
5. Feedback
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve Renduva without any obligation to you.
6. No warranty
The beta is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or revenue, and our total liability for the beta is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
8. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms; we will post changes here and update the date at the top. Questions: privacy@cinnamonsservices.com.
